Homemade Italian Croutons


What to do with leftover bread like from last night’s fondue party?

Make homemade croutons!



Cooking time: 7-10 minutes

Prep-time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • bread cut in bite size cubes
  • Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley)
  • olive oil
  • optional: salt

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 430F/220C
  • in a baking sheet, lay parchment paper.
  • added bread, olive oil, and Italian herbs.
  • mix well.
  • Spread bread onto the parchment paper.
  • add olive oil and Italian herb for good measure.
  • bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • let cool

Serve as a snack, on top of salad or with meals.
