Bite size apple pie. Served as dessert with vanilla ice-cream or hot beverage.

Ingredients:
makes 12 tartlets
- Puff pastry cut into squares
- 4 Large apples cut into small strips
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon corn starch or flour
- 1/2 cup water
Steps:
- Preheat over 350F/180C
- Mix all ingredients in a medium pot
- cook in medium heat until sauce thickens and remove from heat to cool down
- Take muffin tin and coat with butter each cups
- place puff pastry and form it to the shape of each cup. No need to be perfect.
- fill each cup 3/4 full with apple filling
- bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden brown
- remove from oven. They should pop out without effort.
serve warm. Top with whipped cream or with ice-cream.
