What to do with leftover bread like from last night’s fondue party?
Make homemade croutons!
Cooking time: 7-10 minutes
Prep-time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- bread cut in bite size cubes
- Italian herbs (oregano, rosemary, basil, parsley)
- olive oil
- optional: salt
Steps:
- Preheat over to 430F/220C
- in a baking sheet, lay parchment paper.
- added bread, olive oil, and Italian herbs.
- mix well.
- Spread bread onto the parchment paper.
- add olive oil and Italian herb for good measure.
- bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- let cool
Serve as a snack, on top of salad or with meals.
